The real-time game engine used is just one of the many features that sets PixelShips Retro apart from other retro-styled games. Other features include 13 original music tracks, full joystick and gamepad support, 5 different skill levels, 16 different weapons to do battle with, 16 kinds of powerups to make life easier and randomly generated enemy drones, which come in 4 varieties of 5 sizes with 12 different weapons.
